When you sign up, we collect your shop name, address, contact name, email, and mobile number to create your account. Within the app, we store the products, sales, customers, and inventory data you enter, scoped entirely to your own shop.
Your data is used only to operate your Smart POS account — to process your sales, keep your stock accurate, and let you sign in. We do not sell your data or share it with other businesses.
Every shop's data is strictly separated at the database level. No other business on Smart POS can access your sales, customers, or inventory.
